What happens when the trial ends?
Once your trial ends, you will be dropped to Starter plan unless you decide to upgrade to a higher plan.
Is a credit card required?
No, a credit card is not required to start a trial. And if you remain on the Starter plan, you will not need to enter a credit card?
What support will I get during the trial?
You will have the options to use our helpdesk, AI chat, and live chat features. After the trial ends, you will not have access to live chat.
Is there a guide to help get me started?
After you signup, you will go through an onboarding flow to setup your first Knolli copilot.
What happeens if I hit my plan limits?
When you hit your plan limit, you will have the option to upgrade into a higher plan. You can also send us an email and we'll see wha twe can do.
Can I really add unlimited users?
Yes, you can. However, remember that you are limited by the number of messages you use on your Knolli.
